Michal Barinka (born on June 12, 1984) is a professional ice hockey player from the Czech Republic. He played as a defenceman, which means he was a player who helps protect his team's goal. Michal played for many different teams during his career. He was chosen by the Chicago Blackhawks in the 2003 NHL Entry Draft. This is a special event where professional teams pick young players.
