Where is Mill Creek Located?

Mill Creek is found in the western part of the Mill Creek floodplain. This area is just north of the border between Union and Alexander counties.

A road called Illinois Route 127 goes right through the village. This road connects Mill Creek to other towns. To the north, it leads to Jonesboro, which is about seven miles away. To the south, it goes to Cairo, about 24 miles away.
