Millville is a small village located in Butler County, Ohio, in the United States. In 2020, about 634 people lived there. Millville is found between the towns of Oxford, Ohio and Cincinnati, Ohio, right along U.S. Route 27.
This village is part of the larger Greater Cincinnati region. It is also just west of Hamilton, Ohio.

History of Millville
The village of Millville was started in 1815 by a person named Joseph Van Horn. He had already opened a grist mill there around 1805. A grist mill is a place where grain is ground into flour.
About 5.5 miles north of Millville, there is an old Presbyterian cemetery. This cemetery holds the graves of early pioneers. Some of these pioneers even fought in the American Revolutionary War. Many families with the name Ross are buried there. This name is also found in the nearby town of Ross, Ohio.
