Miloš Biković (Serbian Cyrillic: Милош Биковић, Russian: Милош Бикович; born January 13, 1988) is a famous actor and producer from Serbia and Russia. He is well-known for his roles in popular movies like Serf, Serf 2, The Challenge, and South Wind.
Miloš first became recognized for his work in films such as Sunstroke, directed by the Oscar-winning Nikita Mikhalkov. He also starred in Dukhless 2 and Beyond the Edge. In 2020, he started his own company called Archangel Digital Studios, which produces films. He is also the head of the Cinematography Group for the Serbian Chamber of Commerce and has been a member of the European Film Academy since 2023.

Early Life and Education
Miloš Biković was born in Belgrade, Serbia, on January 13, 1988. He lived with his mother in Serbia. He has an older brother, Mihailo, who is now a Serbian Orthodox monk. When Miloš was 11, he experienced a difficult time in Belgrade, staying in a shelter with his family.
Miloš has some Macedonian family background from his grandfather, who was from Berovo, North Macedonia.
He finished high school at the XIV Gymnasium of Belgrade. He can speak Serbian, English, and Russian very well. Miloš is also studying for his PhD at the University of Arts in Belgrade.
Acting Career
Miloš Biković started his acting journey on TV. His first role was in the popular RTS series The Dollars Are Coming. He became more famous with the comedy series White Ship, where he acted from 2006 to 2011. In 2008, he had a smaller role in the drama series The Storks Will Return. He also appeared in two short films, Assignment: Ten Minutes in 2009 and Plus in 2010.
Becoming a Star in Montevideo
In 2010, Miloš was chosen to play the Serbian football player Aleksandar "Tirke" Tirnanić in the movie Montevideo, God Bless You!. This film, directed by Dragan Bjelogrlić, tells the true story of the Yugoslavia national football team trying to qualify for the 1930 FIFA World Cup. Miloš and his co-stars had to learn how to play football for their roles.
Montevideo, God Bless You! was released on December 20, 2010. It became the highest-earning film in Serbia and the Balkan region. The movie was also chosen as Serbia's entry for the Academy Award for Best Foreign Language Film at the 84th Academy Awards. This film helped Miloš win awards like the MTV Adria Movie Award and the Niš Film Festival award for Best Actor. It made him a household name in Serbia. A TV series based on the movie, with extra scenes, started airing in February 2012.
More Film and TV Roles
After Montevideo, Miloš appeared in the TV series Mixed Meat. He also started acting on stage in the play Goodbye SFRY. In 2012, he played the Serbian scientist Mihailo Petrović Alas in the film Professor Kosta Vujic's Hat. This movie was well-liked by critics and did very well at the box office.
In 2013, Miloš starred in the RTS series Ravna Gora, which is set during World War II in Yugoslavia. He also acted in the play The Lady of the Camellias and a German short film called Great. The next year, he was in the sequel to Montevideo, God Bless You!, called See You in Montevideo, which was also a big hit. He also appeared in the film and TV series Single in a Marriage.
Russian Film Success
Miloš made his first appearance in a Russian film, Sunstroke, in 2014. He also acted in Dukhless 2 in 2015. In 2018, Miloš starred in the films Ice and Beyond the Edge, where he acted alongside Antonio Banderas. He also appeared in the TV series Hotel Eleon , which was a follow-up to the popular comedy Kitchen. His role as Pavel in Hotel Eleon made him a big star in Russia and other former USSR countries. He even received the Medal of Pushkin award in Russia.
In 2018, Miloš played the main character in the movie The South Wind, which was very popular. He also appeared in a TV series of the same name in 2020.
In 2019, Miloš starred in The Balkan Line, a Russian-Serbian action movie based on true events. Later that year, he had a leading role in Serf, which became the most-watched movie in Russian cinema history. The sequel, Serf 2, was one of the highest-earning Russian films of 2024.
In 2020, Miloš starred in the romantic comedy Hotel Belgrade. In 2023, he played the main male role in The Challenge, which was the first feature film ever shot in space. It was one of the most successful films in Russia in 2023.
In early 2024, Miloš was cast in the third season of the HBO TV series The White Lotus. However, he was later removed from the cast on February 2.
Other Work
Miloš Biković and his co-stars from Montevideo, God Bless You! have played football for good causes, like the "Battle for Babies" event. He also took part in the "Really Important" campaign to help others. Miloš has also worked to encourage young people to go to the theater. In November 2012, he started a charity account on Twitter called Twitter Syndicate.
Miloš and his Montevideo co-star Tamara Dragičević appeared in a music video for Kiki Lesendrić's song "Slučajno" in 2011. In 2014, he directed and starred in the music video for Nevena Božović's song "Bal".
In 2016, he started his production company, Archangel Studios. This company has produced several projects, including South Wind, The Balkan Line, Embassy, and Hotel Belgrade.
Personal Life
Miloš believes that religion is very important in his life. He is a close friend of his Montevideo, God Bless You! co-star Petar Strugar. Miloš looks up to the actor Zoran Radmilović and his favorite writer is Fyodor Dostoyevsky.
