Mohamed Juldeh Jalloh (born in 1970) is an important politician from Sierra Leone. He is currently the Vice President of his country. He has held this important role since April 4, 2018.
Before becoming Vice President, Mr. Jalloh was a political scientist and a businessman. He also worked for the United Nations, which is a big organization that helps countries work together. He is a senior member of the Sierra Leone People's Party, a major political group in Sierra Leone.

Early Life and Education
Mohamed Juldeh Jalloh was born in 1970. He grew up in a town called Koidu in the eastern part of Sierra Leone. He is part of the Fula ethnic group.
Learning and Degrees
Mr. Jalloh studied a lot to prepare for his career. He earned his first degree, a bachelor's degree, in political science from Fourah Bay College. This is a well-known college in Sierra Leone.
He then continued his studies abroad. He got a Master's degree in political science from the University of Ibadan in Ibadan, Nigeria. Later, he earned a doctorate degree from the University of Bordeaux in Bordeaux, France. Because of his studies, he can speak several languages, including English and French.
Working for the United Nations
Mr. Jalloh used his knowledge of political science to work for the United Nations. He started working there in the year 2000. His first job was as a program officer for the UN mission in Kosovo.
He also served as an important advisor for the UN mission in Mali and the Sahel region. This work involved helping to bring stability and peace to these areas.
Becoming Vice President
In 2018, Mohamed Juldeh Jalloh was chosen for a very important role. He became the running mate for Julius Maada Bio in the presidential election in Sierra Leone. A running mate is the person who runs for Vice President alongside the presidential candidate.
They won the election in a special second round of voting called a "run-off." This meant they received the most votes and became the leaders of Sierra Leone.

Mohamed Juldeh Jalloh is a very religious person. He is a devout Muslim. He was raised in the Islamic faith.
