The Mountains of the Iveragh Peninsula are a collection of many mountains located on the Iveragh Peninsula in County Kerry, Ireland. These mountains are not part of one big mountain range. Instead, they form several smaller, unnamed ranges. This article talks about all the mountains found west of Killarney National Park and the MacGillycuddy's Reeks.

Exploring the Iveragh Peninsula Mountains
The Iveragh Peninsula is home to hundreds of mountain peaks. Many of these peaks do not even have official names! A large part of the peninsula's coast is surrounded by mountains. Only two main river valleys, the River Inny and river Ferta, break up the hilly and mountainous land.
How the Landscape Changes
As you travel from the sea in the west towards the east, the land gets steeper and more mountainous. The tallest peaks are found further inland, closer to the MacGillycuddy's Reeks.
Highest Peaks to Discover
The highest mountain in this area is Stumpa Dúloigh, which stands 784 meters (about 2,572 feet) tall. The second tallest peak is Mullaghanattin (also known as Mullach an Aitinn), reaching 773 meters (about 2,536 feet) high.
