Nashville is located in southwestern Barton County. It's about one mile north of the border between Barton and Jasper counties. The community is also near the western edge of Missouri. You can find it on Missouri Route AA, just one mile west of Route 43. Nashville is about twelve miles southwest of Lamar and 22 miles north of Joplin.
