Natalia Alexandra Gutiérrez Batista (born December 10, 1986), known as Natti Natasha, is a singer, songwriter, and composer from the Dominican Republic. She signed with Don Omar's music label, Orfanato Music Group. Her first collection of songs, called All About Me, came out on March 28, 2012. Her first full album, Iluminatti, was released on February 15, 2019.

Natalia Alexandra Gutiérrez Batista was born in Santiago de los Caballeros, Dominican Republic. This is where her journey in music began.
Discovering Her Voice
When she was seven, Natti Natasha started singing classes. She went to the school of Fine Arts in Santiago. She loved developing her singing skills there. She has said this was one of the best times in her life.
Musical Inspirations
From a young age, she admired artists like Bob Marley and Jerry Rivera. She especially loved Lauryn Hill, who is still one of her favorite singers. Natti Natasha also looked up to Ivy Queen from the start of her career. Ivy Queen even thanked her on Twitter for her respect and admiration.
Moving to the City of Dreams
At 18, she moved to the Bronx, New York, hoping to achieve her dreams. There, she met famous reggaeton artist Don Omar. He signed her to his music label. Before becoming a full-time singer, she also worked as an engineer in a factory.
Early Music Group
When she was 18, Natalia started writing and recording her own songs. She performed at different music events in her hometown. With her friends, she formed a music group called "D'Style." They recorded some songs, but the group did not become very famous and later broke up. After this, Natalia took a short break from her music career.
Healthy Lifestyle
Since 2015, Natti Natasha has been a vegan. This means she does not eat any animal products.
Music Career
2010–2016: Starting Out
Natti Natasha signed with Orfanato Music Group for a few songs. In 2010, she released "Hold Ya (Remix)" with Gyptian and Don Omar. She was also featured in a song by Don Omar called "Dutty Love." This song was recorded in 2011 and released in March 2012. She also worked with Farruko on a song called "Crazy in Love." The success of "Dutty Love" led to another song with Don Omar, "Tus Movimientos." Both songs are on Don Omar's album Don Omar Presents MTO²: New Generation, which came out in 2012.
2017–2018: Becoming Famous
In 2017, Puerto Rican singer Daddy Yankee released the song "Otra Cosa" with Natti Natasha. She then released her own song, "Criminal," with Ozuna. This song became a huge hit very quickly. It reached the top five on the Billboard Hot Latin Songs chart. It was also the most-watched music video overall in 2017.
In April 2018, Becky G released "Sin Pijama," a song she sang with Natti Natasha. This song was Natti Natasha's second big hit around the world. It reached number three on the Hot Latin Songs chart. It became platinum (meaning it sold a lot of copies) within three weeks. The music video reached one billion views in six months. It was the most-watched song by female artists that year. She has also worked with Bad Bunny, R.K.M & Ken-Y, Thalía, and Cosculluela. Natti Natasha is currently signed to Pina Records.
2019–Present: Albums and New Songs
Natti Natasha released her first album, Iluminatti, on February 15, 2019. It was released by Pina Records and Sony Music Latin. The album has 15 songs. Two of them are collaborations: "Te Lo Dije" with Anitta and "Soy Mía" with Kany Garcia.
In 2019, she worked with Daddy Yankee, the Jonas Brothers, and Sebastián Yatra on the song "Runaway." On September 24, 2021, Natti Natasha performed live for the first time in two years at Billboard’s 2021 Latin Music Week. She sang a mix of her popular songs.
Her six-episode TV show, Everybody Loves Natti, started on November 19, 2021. On January 13, 2022, Natti Natasha worked with the South Korean girl group Momoland. They released the song "Yummy Yummy Love." This was her first time singing in English since her first collection of songs. It was also her first time working with an Asian music group. Her second album, Nattividad, was released in 2021.
Personal Life
In 2021, Natti Natasha became engaged to her manager, Rafael Pina. He is the founder of Pina Records. On February 18, 2021, she announced that she was expecting a child with Rafael Pina. Their daughter, Vida Isabelle Pina Gutiérrez, was born on May 22, 2021.
