New Super Mario Bros. U is a fun platform video game made for the Wii U console. It's part of the popular Super Mario series. This game was created by Nintendo and came out in 2012. It lets you jump, run, and explore exciting worlds with Mario and his friends!
Playing the Game
You can play New Super Mario Bros. U with up to five players at once! You can use a Wii Remote or the Wii U GamePad. The Wii U GamePad lets you play the game right on its screen. This means you don't even need a TV!
The Story
The game starts with Mario and his friends at Princess Peach's castle. Suddenly, Bowser attacks the castle! He sends Mario and his friends flying far away. Now, they must travel through eight different worlds. Their goal is to rescue Princess Peach and get her castle back.
New Super Luigi U
For the "Year of Luigi," Nintendo released special extra content. It was called New Super Luigi U. This content celebrates 30 years since Luigi first appeared in a Mario game. In New Super Luigi U, you play as Luigi. The levels are much harder than in the main game. This extra content came out in mid-2013.
