Nikki Cox, born on September 24, 1978, is an American actress. She is well-known for her roles in several TV shows. These include Unhappily Ever After, Las Vegas, The Norm Show, and Nikki.

Nikki Cox's Acting Journey
Early Career and First Roles
Nikki Cox started her career very young. At just four years old, she performed as a dancer. She appeared in various ballet shows and TV specials. When she was ten, she began acting. She had roles in movies and was a guest star on popular shows. Some of these shows were Baywatch, Star Trek: The Next Generation, and Blossom.
She also appeared on the soap opera General Hospital from 1993 to 1995. Plus, she had a regular role on the Saturday morning show California Dreams.
Becoming a TV Star
Her many TV appearances led to her first big role. This was as Tiffany Malloy on the sitcom Unhappily Ever After. The show aired on The WB network from 1995 to 1999. It ran for five seasons, and Nikki was in all 100 episodes. Her brother, Matthew, also appeared in some episodes.
After Unhappily Ever After ended, Nikki took on new roles. She played Taylor Clayton on the ABC sitcom The Norm Show. This show lasted for three seasons. She was in 27 of its 54 episodes. Next, she starred as Nikki White in the sitcom Nikki. This show also ran on The WB from 2000 to 2002. It lasted for two seasons.
Success with Las Vegas
One of Nikki Cox's most successful shows was the NBC drama Las Vegas. She co-starred in this series from 2003 to 2007. She played the character Mary Connell for 88 episodes. The show ran for four seasons while she was on it. Her character from Las Vegas even appeared on another NBC show, Passions, in 2005. This happened when two new characters were introduced on Las Vegas.
Other Projects and Voice Work
In 2006, Nikki became a spokesperson for an online gaming website. In 2009, she lent her voice to a video game character named Jenna. That same year, she also appeared in the comedy film Lonely Street. This movie starred actors like Robert Patrick and Jay Mohr. In 2016, Nikki was recognized for her writing. She was nominated for a Grammy Award for Best Comedy Album for Jay Mohr's album Happy. And A Lot.

Relationships and Family
While working on Unhappily Ever After, Nikki Cox dated her co-star Kevin Connolly. In 1997, she became engaged to Bobcat Goldthwait. He was also part of the Unhappily Ever After cast, voicing the character Mr. Floppy.
On December 29, 2006, Nikki married comedian and actor Jay Mohr. They met while working together on the TV show Las Vegas. In 2008, Jay Mohr asked a court to add Nikki's last name to his. He legally changed his name to Jon Ferguson Cox Mohr. Nikki and Jay have one son together. Their divorce was finalized in August 2018.
