North Haven is a small village located in Suffolk County, New York. It is part of the Town of Southampton. This village is found on the South Fork of Long Island, a well-known area in New York. In 2020, the village had a population of 1,162 people.

Village History
The land that is now North Haven was first settled a long time ago, in 1665. The village officially became an independent local government, or incorporated, in 1931.
In 2007, a man named Robert W. Rust had a very large property in North Haven. He was a former assistant U.S. attorney and was known for helping save President John F. Kennedy's life.
