The North Tabor Neighborhood is a community located in Portland, Oregon, in the United States. It sits on the east side of the Willamette River. This neighborhood is found on the northern slope of Mount Tabor, a well-known extinct volcano in Portland.

- To the north, a major highway called the Banfield Expressway (Interstate 84) separates North Tabor from the Hollywood District, Rose City Park, and Madison South neighborhoods.

- To the east, NE 68th Avenue separates North Tabor from the Montavilla neighborhood.
- Most of the southern border is East Burnside Street, which separates it from the Mount Tabor Neighborhood.
- A small part of the southern border, west of SE 49th Avenue, is Stark Street. This street forms the boundary with the Sunnyside neighborhood.
