North Tweedsmuir Island is a cool island in the Canadian Arctic Archipelago. This group of islands is found in the far north of Canada. North Tweedsmuir Island is located in a large body of water called Foxe Basin.

It is separated from the southwest coast of Baffin Island by a narrow channel called Clarke Sound. This island is part of the Qikiqtaaluk Region in Nunavut, Canada.
