South Tweedsmuir Island is one of the many islands that make up the Canadian Arctic Archipelago. It is located in Foxe Basin, which is a large body of water off the southwest coast of Baffin Island. This island is part of the Qikiqtaaluk Region in Nunavut, Canada.
