Northwood Lake is a large lake located in central New Hampshire, United States. It covers about 653-acre (2.64 km2), which is a little bigger than 490 football fields! The lake stretches across parts of Rockingham and Merrimack counties. You can find it near the towns of Northwood and Epsom. A small part of the southern shore is also in the town of Deerfield.

Water flows into Northwood Lake from smaller streams like Narrows Brook, Flat Meadow Brook, and Griffin Brook. The water then flows out of the lake through the Little Suncook River. This river eventually joins the Suncook River, which then flows into the larger Merrimack River.
