Ohanna Shivanand (born Shilpa Shivanand, 10 December 1982) is an Indian model and actress. She is well-known for playing two different doctor roles, Dr. Riddhima Gupta and Dr. Shilpa Malhotra, in the TV show Dill Mill Gayye. She has also acted in Indian films like Vishnu, and appeared in music videos and TV ads. Her last movie was the Bollywood film Yeh Hai Lollipop in 2016.

Early Life and Education
Ohanna Shivanand was born on December 10, 1982, in South Africa. She went to school there. Her parents were from India, and later she moved to India. In 2015, she changed her name to Ohanna Shivanand. She said she wanted a special name, and 'Ohanna' means "God's precious gift" or "family."
Ohanna is the younger sister of Sakshi Shivanand, who is also an actress. Ohanna studied at Panjab University from 2000 to 2003. She earned a special degree in computer applications. Before becoming an actress, she worked for five years as a software developer. She helped create computer programs and online learning tools.
Career Journey
Ohanna Shivanand started her career as a model. She appeared in more than 40 commercials. Some of these were for big brands like Coca-Cola, where she worked with Aamir Khan. She also appeared in Lux soap ads with Aishwarya Rai Bachchan, and Dabur Pudin Hara and Nerolac Paint ads with Amitabh Bachchan.
Acting Debut
Ohanna began her acting career in the South Indian film industry. Her first movie was Bezawada Police Station. In 2003, she starred in the Telugu film Vishnu alongside Vishnu Manchu. In 2006, she made her first appearance in a Bollywood film called Iqraar by Chance, playing the role of Rashmi Mehra.
Television Roles
Ohanna Shivanand is also a well-known television actress. She started her TV journey in 2007 with the medical youth show Dill Mill Gayye. In this show, she played Dr. Riddhima Gupta. The show became very popular, and she quickly became a success.
In May 2008, she left Dill Mill Gayye for a while due to some disagreements behind the scenes. Many fans missed her. In April 2009, the show's producer asked her to return. She eventually came back in June 2010, playing a different character, Dr. Shilpa Malhotra. However, her role was cut short. In October 2010, Ohanna left the show again because of changes in the story and other reasons.
In 2012, she appeared in a TV film called Teri Meri Love Stories, where she played Meera. In 2015, she had a guest role in the show Mahisagar.
