Orlando Brown (born December 4, 1987) is an American actor, rapper, and singer. He is well-known for his roles in popular TV shows and movies. You might know him as Eddie Thomas from That's So Raven or as Cadet Kevin 'Tiger' Dunne in Major Payne. He also played 3J Winslow in Family Matters and Max in Two of a Kind. Orlando Brown also lent his voice to main characters in animated series like Waynehead (as Damey Wayne) and Fillmore! (as Cornelius Fillmore). He was also the voice of Sticky Webb in The Proud Family.

Orlando Brown was born in 1987 in Los Angeles, California. He began his acting career at a young age.
First Acting Roles
Brown started acting in 1995 as Cadet Kevin 'Tiger' Dunne in the movie Major Payne. In 1998, he acted alongside Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen in the TV show Two of a Kind.
Becoming a Voice Actor
In 1996, Orlando Brown started voice acting. He was the voice of a young Damon Wayans in the cartoon Waynehead. He also voiced Sticky Webb in The Proud Family and Cornelius Fillmore in Fillmore!.
Working with Disney
Brown became very popular for his work with Disney. He co-starred with Raven-Symoné in the hit show That's So Raven. He also appeared in Disney movies like Max Keeble's Big Move and Eddie's Million Dollar Cook-Off. After 2007, Brown focused more on his music.
