Osby Municipality (Osby kommun) is a local government area in Scania County in Sweden. It is like a small region with its own local government. The main town and administrative center of the municipality is called Osby.
The municipality was formed on January 1, 1974. Before that, Osby was a market town. It then joined with three nearby rural areas to create the larger Osby Municipality we know today.
