Parker is a city in Bay County, Florida, United States. It is part of the Panama CityPanama City Beach, Florida Metropolitan Statistical Area. As of the 2020 US census, it had a population of 4,010, down from 4,317 at the 2010 census.

Geography

According to the United States Census Bureau, the city has a total area of 6.3 km2 (2.4 mi2), of which 1.9 square miles (4.9 km2) is land and 0.5 square miles (1.3 km2) (20.16%) is water.

The average household size was 2.32, and the average family size was 2.82.

In 2010, the age distribution was 21.2% under the age of 18, 9.1% from 18 to 24, 24.3% from 25 to 44, 28.0% from 45 to 64, and 17.4% 65 or older. The median age was 40.9 years. For every 100 females, there were 94.8 males. For every 100 females age 18 and over, there were 91.6 males.
