The Parnaso Español (which means "Spanish Parnassus") is a very important collection of poems. Its full name is Parnaso Español: colección de poesías escogidas de los más célebres poetas castellanos. This means "Spanish Parnassus: a collection of chosen poems from the most famous Spanish poets." It is like a special book that gathers many great poems in one place.
This collection was put together by a person named Juan José López de Sedano. It came out in nine separate books, called volumes. These books were published over several years, from 1768 to 1778.
