Phallah is a special area in Pakistan called a Union Council. It is part of Abbottabad District in the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province. About 20,000 people live here.
What Villages Make Up Phallah?
A Union Council is like a small local government area. Phallah Union Council includes several villages. These villages work together as one community.

Who Lives in Phallah?
Many different groups of people live in Phallah. The two largest groups are the Karaals (also known as Karlal) and the Dhund Abbasis. Together, they make up about half of everyone living here.
Other groups like the Awans, Rajputs, Khokhars, and Moghals also live in Phallah. Everyone lives together peacefully. People from Phallah are known for being smart and well-educated. Many of them work as doctors, engineers, lawyers, and even in the military.
Where is Phallah Located?
Phallah Village is located on the Lora Road. The Phallah Union Council is in the very south-western part of Abbottabad District.
- To the east, it shares a border with Haripur District.
- To the south, it borders the Rawalpindi District in the Punjab province.
Because of its location, Phallah is easy to reach. It is also situated behind the Marghalla hills. The big city of Islamabad is only about 15 kilometers (9 miles) away from Phallah. The beautiful hill station of Muree is about 25 kilometers (15 miles) to the east of Phallah.
