Pleasure Point is surrounded by a few other suburbs. To its sides, you'll find Voyager Point, Sandy Point, and Holsworthy. Across the Georges River, you can see East Hills and Picnic Point.
How Pleasure Point Has Grown
This suburb has been around for more than 30 years. Its boundaries have changed a bit over time. For example, in 1987, a new suburb called Voyager Point was created. This changed some of Pleasure Point's original borders. The Holsworthy Army Base is also located quite close to Pleasure Point. This base is an important military training area.
