Plevna is a small town located in Fallon County, Montana, in the United States. In 2020, about 179 people lived there.

Plevna was started in 1909. It was built along a major train line called the Milwaukee Road Pacific Extension. Workers from Bulgaria named the town after a city in their home country called Pleven.

Geography of Plevna

Plevna is located in eastern Montana. A main road, U.S. Route 12, goes right through the town. This road connects Plevna to other places, including Baker, which is about 12 miles away.

The town covers a total area of about 0.59 square miles (1.53 square kilometers). All of this area is land, with no large bodies of water.
