Plum Creek is a small river, also called a tributary, that flows into the bigger Allegheny River. You can find it in Allegheny County, which is in the U.S. state of Pennsylvania. This creek got its name because many plum trees used to grow along its banks.

Plum Creek begins inside Boyce Park in a town called Plum, Pennsylvania. It flows towards the west. As it travels, it forms part of the border with Penn Hills. Finally, Plum Creek meets the Allegheny River in the towns of Oakmont and Verona.
