Power Rangers Ninja Steel is the 24th season of the famous TV show Power Rangers. This season uses scenes, costumes, and props from a Japanese show called Shuriken Sentai Ninninger. It was made by Saban Brands and first aired on Nickelodeon on January 21, 2017. A Power Rangers movie also came out that same year.
The second part of Ninja Steel is called Power Rangers Super Ninja Steel. It was the 25th Power Rangers season overall and started on January 27, 2018. Since it was a special anniversary season, it brought back popular Rangers from past shows. Ninja Steel was the last Power Rangers series to have toys made by Bandai. Super Ninja Steel was also the last season produced by Saban Brands before Hasbro bought the Power Rangers brand in 2018.
This series also features the last appearance of Jason David Frank as Tommy Oliver before he passed away in 2022.

The Story of Ninja Steel and Super Ninja Steel
Season 1: Ninja Steel
The story begins with a super strong villain named Galvanax. He is the champion of Galaxy Warriors, a TV game show watched across the universe. Galvanax wants to become unbeatable by getting his hands on the Ninja Nexus Prism. This prism holds the amazing Ninja Nexus Star.
The Prism lands on Earth at the home of Master Dane Romero. He chips off pieces of the Prism, creating a special metal called Ninja Steel. When Galvanax arrives, Dane fights him to protect the Nexus Star. Dane seems to sacrifice himself, breaking the Nexus Star into six Ninja Power Stars. But Galvanax takes Dane's son, Brody, as a prisoner.
Ten years later, Brody escapes Galvanax's ship. He takes the Prism, the Power Stars, and his friends Redbot and Mick Kanic with him. They return to Earth and meet high school students Preston, Sarah, Calvin, and Hayley. Together, they find the Power Stars and become the Ninja Steel Power Rangers!
Galvanax is very angry. He sends his warrior contestants to Earth to steal the Prism. Each battle against the Rangers is shown live across the universe. The Rangers must learn to use their Power Stars, Mega Morph Cycles, and Zords, all made from Ninja Steel. They need to stop Galvanax and save Earth. Later, a country singer named Levi Weston joins their team as the Gold Ranger. He is actually Brody's long-lost brother, Aiden.
In the final battle against Galvanax, the Prism fixes Brody's broken Red Ninja Power Star. It also turns Mick into another Red Ranger and brings Dane back! The Rangers destroy Galvanax. The Ninja Nexus Prism goes quiet, but Madame Odius, one of Galvanax's helpers, survives.
Season 2: Super Ninja Steel
In Power Rangers Super Ninja Steel, the Rangers face Madame Odius again. She is still alive and wants to steal the Ninja Nexus Prism. She plans to use its powers for her evil goals with new helpers like Badonna, Brax, and General Tynamon. The Rangers must work together with new friends to protect the Prism and defeat Madame Odius.
Sledge and his crew from Power Rangers Dino Charge escape a wormhole and find Galvanax's wrecked ship. Sledge offers to fix the ship if he gets a special asteroid covered in Ninja Super Steel. This metal is even stronger than Ninja Steel! But Odius tricks him, takes the Super Steel, and gets the ship fixed anyway.
Odius brings Galaxy Warriors back on TV. She, Badonna, and a new monster attack Earth to make evil Ninja Stars from the Super Steel. Luckily, Mick warns the Rangers. They manage to get the Super Steel and get their powers back, now even stronger!
With their new powers and gear, the Rangers protect the Ninja Power Stars from Odius. To get an advantage, Badonna hires a group called the Galactic Ninjas. Odius plans to send these ninjas into battles where they will lose, so she can take their Ninja Medallions. She uses these medallions to create her own Zord, Foxatron.
Foxatron destroys the Rangers' Ninja Ultrazord. Their Zord Stars are burned and useless. But three mysterious cloaked figures help them fix the Zord Stars. The Rangers then destroy Foxatron with their new Ninja Blaze Megazord. They earned this new power by showing the Prism how kind they are.
For revenge, Odius teams up with Lord Draven, a ruler from an evil dimension. They plan to combine all dimensions and use an army of Robo Ranger clones to take over everything. But the Ninja Steel Rangers and a team of Legendary Rangers stop them. The cloaked figures are revealed to be Wes Collins, Gemma, and Koda. Other Legendary Rangers like Tommy Oliver, Katherine Hillard, and Rocky DeSantos also join the fight. They destroy Draven and save all dimensions.
After the Galactic Ninjas and Draven are gone, Odius keeps trying to defeat the Rangers. She even tricks Space Sheriff Skyfire into thinking the Rangers are thieves. Later, Odius makes a deal with General Tynamon, who manages a fighter named Brax. Tynamon is actually a small monster in a robot suit. He hopes Odius will make him grow big if he gets the Power Stars. He manages to mind-control Mick, but the Rangers destroy him.
Odius uses Mick to launch her final plan. Mick is forced to help her broadcast a signal that will mind-control everyone on Earth. A monster named Gorrox pretends to be a TV producer to find people for the broadcast. Calvin and Hayley argue and break up because of this. Victor and Monty are chosen for the show. Gorrox is destroyed, but Odius now controls half the human race and has taken over Summer Cove High.
Sarah and Hayley sneak onto Odius's ship to save Calvin. Brody, Levi, and Preston watch as Odius turns the Nexus Prism evil and creates a Ninja Nexus Super Star. She reveals she has wanted to control an army with the Prism's power for a thousand years. The three Rangers are forced to fight their own father, who is also mind-controlled.
Luckily, Hayley destroys the satellite, freeing Calvin. Odius's mind-controlled soldiers escape with Victor and Monty's help. This leads to the destruction of Odius's ship and the end of Cosmo Royale and Badonna. Even though her plan failed, Odius merges with the Ninja Nexus Super Star. The Rangers reunite and combine their Nexus Stars with the Nexus Power to fight Odius. She is no match for them, and they defeat her, bringing peace to Earth.
Victor and Monty are rewarded for their bravery. The Rangers return their powers to the Ninja Nexus Prism. The Prism then rebuilds its Ninja Steel crust and flies off to find another planet that needs help. Mick stays on Earth as their teacher. The Rangers go back to being normal high school students. They don't know that Sledge and his crew are still alive somewhere in space.
Sledge and his crew return again on Christmas. They use their rebuilt ship for Poisandra's talk show. With help from Koda, the Blue Dino Charge Ranger, and Santa Claus, Sledge and his crew are finally destroyed. Afterwards, Koda invites the Ninja Steel Rangers to his world to celebrate Christmas.
