Prakash Yashwant Ambedkar (born 10 May 1954) is an Indian politician, writer, and lawyer. Many people know him as Balasaheb Ambedkar. He leads a political party called Vanchit Bahujan Agadi.
Prakash Ambedkar has been a Member of Parliament (MP) three times. He served in both the Lok Sabha and the Rajya Sabha, which are the two main houses of the Indian Parliament. He represented the Akola area in Maharashtra twice in the Lok Sabha.
