What Does the Quercus Peduncularis Look Like?

This oak tree is usually small. It can grow up to about 4 meters (13 feet) tall. Its leaves are special. They feel thick and a bit like leather. Each leaf can be up to 10 centimeters (about 4 inches) long. They are shaped like a spear or an egg. The edges of the leaves have 9 to 14 pairs of sharp, pointed teeth.
