This village is located in the southwestern part of the Quinault Indian Nation. It is in western Grays Harbor County. The village is about 2 miles (3.2 km) east of the Pacific Ocean.
South of Qui-nai-elt Village, you will find the community of Moclips. The Moclips Highway goes right past the village. This highway leads southwest to Moclips. It also goes northeast about 19 miles (31 km) to U.S. Route 101 near Neilton.
