Rafael Moreno Valle Rosas (born 30 June 1968 – died 24 December 2018) was an important Mexican politician. He was a member of the PAN, which is a political party in Mexico. He served as the Governor of Puebla, a state in Mexico, from February 2011 to January 2017. Before becoming governor, Moreno Valle was also a Deputy in the Mexican Congress and a Senator.
