Randolph is a city located in Cedar County, Nebraska, in the United States. In 2020, about 881 people lived there. Randolph is known as "The Honey Capital of the Nation." This is because many families in the city are involved in beekeeping.

Randolph started to grow in 1886. This happened after a railroad was built through the area. The city was named after Lord Randolph Churchill. He was an important British leader. Randolph officially became a city on May 7, 1889.
