Rick Lax was born on April 17, 1982. He is an American author, entertainer, and magician. He is well-known for creating popular videos on Facebook that many people share.

Early Life and Learning
Rick Lax was born in Detroit, Michigan. He became interested in magic when he was only 5 years old. The famous magician David Copperfield inspired him.
Rick went to Michigan State University. He also studied at the University of Michigan. Later, he earned a special law degree from DePaul University.
His Amazing Career
Rick Lax was a friend and the first manager for the rock band Tally Hall. This was back in 2004. He even appeared in some of the band's videos.
From 2011 to 2013, Rick worked with David Copperfield. He helped with behind-the-scenes magic ideas. He also wrote two books about Las Vegas.
Rick created a TV show called Wizard Wars. This show was about magic competitions. It aired for two seasons on the Syfy network in 2014.
