Ricochet Rabbit & Droop-a-Long was a fun cartoon series from the 1960s. It was created by Hanna-Barbera, a famous animation studio. The show followed the adventures of a super-fast rabbit sheriff and his clumsy coyote deputy in the Wild West. Meet the Characters
This cartoon takes place in the exciting world of the Wild West. The main character is Ricochet Rabbit, a sheriff who works in the town of Hoop 'n' Holler. He is voiced by Don Messick.
Ricochet Rabbit's Special Powers
Ricochet Rabbit is incredibly fast. He can bounce off objects while yelling "Bing-bing-bing!" This amazing speed helps him outrun even bullets! He also uses special trick bullets to catch bad guys. One bullet can stop in mid-air and hit a target with a giant mallet. Another can draw a target on someone's nose and then punch it.
Who is Droop-a-Long Coyote?
Ricochet's deputy is a Coyote named Droop-a-Long. He is voiced by Mel Blanc. Droop-a-Long is not as quick as Ricochet and is often quite clumsy. Despite his clumsiness, he helps Ricochet solve crimes and keep the peace in Hoop 'n' Holler.

Mel Blanc was a legendary voice actor, often called "The Man of 1000 Voices." He voiced Droop-a-Long Coyote, giving him a unique and memorable voice. Blanc was also the voice behind Bugs Bunny, Daffy Duck, and many other classic characters.
