First Tour de France Stage Win (2015)

In the Tour de France, he had a tough start but bounced back in the mountains. He won Stage 18, a mountain stage, which was his first Tour de France stage victory! He also finished ninth overall and won the combativity award for being the most attacking rider.
Second Place in the Tour de France (2016)
In 2016, Bardet continued to perform well. He finished second overall in the 2016 Tour of Oman and the 2016 Critérium du Dauphiné. Then, in the 2016 Tour de France, he won Stage 19 with a fantastic solo attack on a wet descent. This win moved him up to second place overall in the race. He finished the Tour in second place, becoming one of only a few French riders to reach the podium in recent years. He also represented France in the 2016 Summer Olympics road race.
Another Tour de France Podium (2017)

In 2017, Bardet won Stage 12 of the 2017 Tour de France with a strong attack near the finish line. He battled hard in the final stages and managed to hold onto third place overall, completing the podium behind Chris Froome and Rigoberto Urán.
