Roscoe is a small city located in Stearns County, Minnesota, in the United States. In 2020, about 130 people lived there. It's part of the larger St. Cloud area, which is a group of cities and towns that are connected. A mayor helps lead the city. In 2016, Donald Kennith Albrecht became the mayor of Roscoe.

History of Roscoe
Roscoe has an interesting history! It was first called Zion. A post office opened there in 1865, also named Zions. The Great Northern Railroad built tracks through the town. This was very important for the town's early growth.
In 1914, the town's name was changed to Roscoe. It was named after a leader from the railroad company. Even today, the area around the city is still called Zion Township, keeping the original name alive. The city has also grown bigger by adding a part of Munson Township.
A church, which is now called St. Agnes Church, was built in 1898. It was built for the many German-Catholic families living in the area. This church is still a very important building in Roscoe. The Great Northern Railway used to have a stop in Roscoe. But the train tracks were removed in 1988. The post office in Roscoe closed in 1995.

Minnesota State Highway 23 is a main road that goes through Roscoe. This highway helps people travel to and from the community.
