Roscoe's History
Roscoe became a village a long time ago. A post office opened here in 1867. The village officially became a town in 1868. This means it started its own local government.
Where is Roscoe?
Roscoe is in the southern part of St. Clair County. It sits just south of a part of the Truman Reservoir, which is a large lake. The village is also located on Missouri Route 82. It is about eight miles southwest of a town called Osceola.
