Sandwich village is in the northwestern part of the town of Sandwich. It's located at 41°45′32″N 70°30′0″W / 41.75889°N 70.50000°W.
- To the north, you'll find Massachusetts Route 6A and the Cape Cod Canal.
- The northeast side borders Cape Cod Bay.
- To the east, there's the Dock Creek saltmarsh and the nearby community of East Sandwich.
- South of the village is U.S. Route 6, also called the Mid-Cape Highway.
- The western border is shared with the town of Bourne.
