Sant'Antonio was once a small town, or "municipality," in Switzerland. It was located in the Ticino canton, which is like a state or region in Switzerland. Sant'Antonio is now part of the larger city of Bellinzona.
It's important not to confuse Sant'Antonio with another nearby town. That town is called Sant'Antonino, and it is in the same district.
