Sara Hossain is a famous lawyer from Bangladesh. She works as a barrister in the Supreme Court of Bangladesh, which is the highest court in the country. She is also the leader of an organization called the Bangladesh Legal Aid and Services Trust (BLAST). This group helps people get legal help, especially if they cannot afford it.

Sara Hossain is a champion for women's rights in Bangladesh. She has helped create new laws to protect women. She is also known for fighting against "fatwa violence." This is when religious rulings are used to unfairly punish women and girls. She helped the Supreme Court make an important decision. Sara Hossain is married to David Bergman. He is a British human rights activist and an investigative journalist. He is known for his reports on war crimes that happened during the Bangladesh Liberation War.
