Selsko meso (Macedonian: селско месо, "village meat") is a Balkan pork and mushroom stew. Typical ingredients include pork, onion bits, smoked meat, ground beef, tomatoes or ketchup, cream cheese, mushrooms, peppers, spices, wine, and salt. It is traditionally prepared in a clay pot.
