Shafer is a small city located in Chisago County, Minnesota, in the United States. In 2010, about 1,045 people lived there. The city got its name from Jacob Shafer, who was one of the first people to settle in the area.
U.S. Highway 8 is an important road that runs through Shafer, helping people travel to and from the community.
