Music and Soundtrack
The music in Shrek 2 helps tell the story and makes the movie even more fun. The soundtrack includes many popular songs. One famous song is "Accidentally in Love" by the band Counting Crows. The lead singer, Adam Duritz, said the song was perfect for the movie. He felt it showed how people can fall in love unexpectedly.
The movie's original music, called the score, was created by James Horner. He made sure the music fit different parts of the film. Sometimes the music was romantic for Shrek and Fiona. Other times, it was funny for scenes with Donkey. The score helped to bring out all the different emotions in the movie.
