SirVincent is famous for winning the 104th Grey Cup with the Ottawa Redblacks in the Canadian Football League (CFL).

He played college football at the University of Houston. Before that, he attended Jasper High School in Jasper, Texas. Throughout his career, he played for several teams, including the Miami Dolphins, Hartford Colonials, Arizona Rattlers, Las Vegas Locomotives, Jacksonville Sharks, Toronto Argonauts, and Edmonton Elks.

Miami Dolphins (NFL)

He rejoined the Dolphins in February 2010. However, he was released again in March 2010.

Hartford Colonials (UFL)

In 2010, SirVincent signed with the Hartford Colonials. This team was part of the United Football League (UFL). He was released from the team in September 2010.

He signed with the Hartford Colonials again in 2011. Unfortunately, the team stopped playing that year.

Arizona Rattlers (AFL)

In October 2011, SirVincent joined the Arizona Rattlers. This team played in the Arena Football League (AFL). The Rattlers had a fantastic season and went on to win ArenaBowl XXV, which is their league championship!

Jacksonville Sharks (AFL)

Ottawa Redblacks (CFL)

After his time with Toronto, SirVincent became a free agent. This means he could choose which team to play for next. On February 11, 2015, he signed with the Ottawa Redblacks of the CFL. He played in 30 games for the Redblacks in his first two seasons.

In 2015, he was named a CFL All-Star. This award goes to the best players in the league. He also won the CFL's Most Outstanding Lineman award that same year. This is a big honor for an offensive lineman!

SirVincent helped the Redblacks win the 104th Grey Cup at the end of the 2016 season. The Grey Cup is the championship game of the CFL. After this big win, he signed a new two-year contract to stay with the Redblacks.

Edmonton Eskimos / Elks (CFL)

For the 2019 season, SirVincent signed with the Edmonton Eskimos. However, he got injured before the season started and could not play that year. He also did not play in 2020 because the 2020 CFL season was canceled.
