SirVincent Rogers (born May 9, 1986) is a former American professional football player. He was an offensive lineman, which means he helped protect his team's quarterback. SirVincent is famous for winning the 104th Grey Cup with the Ottawa Redblacks in the Canadian Football League (CFL). He played college football at the University of Houston. He also played for several other teams, including the Miami Dolphins and Edmonton Elks.

SirVincent Rogers' Football Journey
Starting with the Miami Dolphins
SirVincent Rogers began his professional football career with the Miami Dolphins. This team is part of the National Football League (NFL). He first joined them in 2009. He later returned to the Dolphins in 2010 for a short time.
Playing for the Hartford Colonials
In 2010, Rogers joined the Hartford Colonials in the United Football League (UFL). He played with them for a period. He signed with the Colonials again in 2011, but the team unfortunately stopped playing.
Winning with the Arizona Rattlers
Rogers then moved to the Arena Football League (AFL). He signed with the Arizona Rattlers in October 2011. The Rattlers had a great season and won the championship, known as ArenaBowl XXV.
Time with the Las Vegas Locomotives
After his time in the AFL, Rogers played for the Las Vegas Locomotives. This was another team in the UFL during their 2012 season.
Joining the Jacksonville Sharks
On January 11, 2013, Rogers signed with the Jacksonville Sharks. This team was also in the AFL. He was later placed on a special list in February 2013.
Playing for the Toronto Argonauts
Rogers then moved to the Canadian Football League (CFL). He signed with the Toronto Argonauts on February 21, 2013. He played for two years with the Argonauts. During this time, he started in 26 games for the team.
Success with the Ottawa Redblacks
In 2015, Rogers joined the Ottawa Redblacks as a free agent. He played in 30 games for the Redblacks in his first two seasons. In 2015, he was named a CFL All-Star. He also won the award for the CFL's Most Outstanding Lineman that year.
Rogers helped the Redblacks win the 104th Grey Cup in 2016. This was a big championship victory for the team. After this successful season, he signed a new two-year contract with the Redblacks.
Time with the Edmonton Eskimos / Elks
Rogers signed with the Edmonton Eskimos for the 2019 season. However, he got injured before the season started and could not play. He also did not play in 2020 because the CFL season was canceled.
He signed a new contract with the Edmonton Elks (the team's new name) in February 2021. He played in three games for the Elks in 2021. He left the team in December 2021.
Retirement from Football
On January 28, 2022, SirVincent Rogers signed a special one-day contract with the Ottawa Redblacks. On that day, he officially announced his retirement from professional football.
