The main story of Spider-Man: Shattered Dimensions centers around a special object. This object is known as the Tablet of Order and Chaos. It is a very powerful artifact.
The Tablet of Order and Chaos Breaks
The adventure begins when Spider-Man is fighting his enemy, Mysterio. During their battle, the Tablet of Order and Chaos gets broken into many pieces. When this happens, it causes big problems across different parts of the Marvel Universe. These problems affect multiple realities, mixing them up.
Four Spider-Men Unite from Different Realities
To fix these reality issues, a powerful character named Madame Web steps in. She calls upon four different versions of Spider-Man. Each of these Spider-Men comes from a unique reality or dimension. Their mission is to help bring balance back to all the affected realities.
The four versions of Spider-Man are:
- The Amazing Spider-Man: This is the classic, well-known Spider-Man. He uses his web-slinging and quick moves.
- Spider-Man Noir: This version comes from a darker, older world. He uses stealth and shadows to fight crime.
- Spider-Man 2099: He is from the future, the year 2099. This Spider-Man has futuristic gadgets and abilities.
- Ultimate Spider-Man: This version wears a powerful black symbiote suit. This suit gives him unique and strong powers.
Collect Tablet Fragments from Villains
As the player, you get to control each of these four Spider-Men. Your goal is to help them find the broken pieces of the Tablet. These pieces are scattered across their different dimensions. Many famous villains from the Spider-Man universe have found these fragments. The tablet pieces give these villains new and dangerous powers. You must defeat them to get the fragments back and save the different realities.
