History of Spring Grove
Spring Grove has had a post office since 1855. The town got its name from a natural spring and a group of trees (a grove) that were near where the first town was built.
Geography and Location
Spring Grove covers about 0.96 square miles (2.5 square kilometers) of land. There is no water area within the city limits. Key roads that go through the community include Minnesota State Highway 44 and County Highways 4 and 16.
