Steve Trimble (born May 11, 1958 – died July 11, 2011) was an American football player. He played as a defensive back in several professional leagues. These included the National Football League (NFL), the United States Football League (USFL), and the Arena Football League (AFL).

Steve played college football at the University of Maryland. Before that, he played high school football at Fort Hill High School in Cumberland, Maryland.

After his playing career, Steve Trimble became a coach. He coached at Bishop Denis J. O'Connell High School in Arlington County, Virginia. He led their team from 2002 to 2010. He also coached for teams in the NFL, the Arena Football League, and college football. Steve Trimble passed away on July 11, 2011.
