Where is it Located?
You can find Sugar Pine Peak in the northern part of the Sierra Nevada mountains. It's a key landmark where Yuba County and Sierra County meet. The very highest point in Yuba County is actually found near the top of Sugar Pine Peak, even though the main summit is in Sierra County.
What's the Weather Like?
During the winter months, Sugar Pine Peak gets a lot of snow. This makes the area look like a winter wonderland, but it also means it can be quite cold and snowy for visitors.
