Where is Summit Lake?

Summit Lake is located in the southwest part of Washington state. It is about 7.6 miles east of McCleary, Washington. The lake is also close to the state capital, Olympia, about 9.7 miles west of it. Another nearby town is Tumwater, Washington, which is about 9.8 miles to the west-northwest.

You can easily get to the lake using a special boat launch. This launch is on the southwest side of the lake. It is owned by the Washington State Department of Fish and Wildlife.
