Suzanne Weyn, born on July 6, 1955, is an American author. She writes many exciting books for kids and young adults. Her stories often explore science fiction (about future technology) and fantasy (with magic or imaginary worlds). She has written more than 50 books and short stories!
Suzanne is especially known for her popular "Bar Code" series. These books include The Bar Code Tattoo, The Bar Code Rebellion, and The Bar Code Prophecy. The Bar Code Tattoo was even translated into German. In 2007, it was nominated for a special award for youth literature in Germany. It was also recognized by the American Library Association as a "Quick Pick" for young adult readers.
