Syed Muhammad Fazal Agha (Urdu: سید محمد فضل آغا) (born in 1946 – died on May 20, 2020) was an important Pakistani politician. He came from the Pishin District in the Balochistan province of Pakistan.
He held several key positions during his career. From August 18 to October 12, 1999, he served as the Governor of Balochistan. This role is like being the main representative of the President in that province. Before that, from 1988 to 1991, he was the Deputy Chairman of the Senate of Pakistan. The Senate is one of the main groups that makes laws for the country. He was also a member of the Provincial Assembly of Balochistan from August 13, 2018, until he passed away. This assembly is a local group that makes laws for the Balochistan province.
About Syed Fazal Agha's Life
Syed Fazal Agha was born in a place called Killi Huramzai, which is in the Pishin District. He was part of a political party known as Jamiat Ulema-e-Islam (F).
He tried to get elected in the 2008 and 2013 elections but was not successful then. However, he won in the 2018 elections. This made him a member of the Provincial Assembly of Balochistan for the area known as PB-20 (Pishin-III). Syed Fazal Agha passed away on May 20, 2020, after an illness.
