Early Life and Club Football
Tameo Ide was born in Shizuoka, Japan, on November 27, 1908. He played football for a club called Tokyo OB Club. During his time with this team, he helped them win a major competition.
Winning the Emperor's Cup
In 1933, Tameo Ide and his teammates, including Shiro Teshima and Teiichi Matsumaru, achieved a big victory. They won the Emperor's Cup, which is one of the most important football tournaments in Japan. This was a significant achievement for his club.
Playing for Japan
Tameo Ide also had the honor of playing for his country. He was chosen to be part of the Japanese national team.
International Debut
In May 1930, while he was still a student at Waseda University, Tameo Ide was selected for the national team. He joined them for the 1930 Far Eastern Championship Games. This was a big sports event held in Tokyo. Japan performed very well and won the championship.
